[ What it is ]
One physical port. Every connectivity product on the fabric.
BareFABRIC Port is the connection point to the fabric. On order, the portal provisions an Arista EOS switch port through gNMI, issues a cross-connect LOA, and registers the MAC address.
From the moment the port lights, you can configure VLANs, enable the peering session, light a metro EVC to a remote site, or layer an Internet Port, DF Fiber and DF Wave on top.
peering and BareFABRIC Metro are included free on every port. Partner products billed separately.

10 G is the entry tier. THG1 tenants receive two 10 G ports included with their colocation contract. Public list pricing below.

BareFABRIC Metro
Layer-2 EVPN / VPLS between any two ports on the fabric. Included on every port.
Portal + API
Provision through web UI or OpenAPI 3.1. Configure VLANs, edit MAC entries, issue LOAs, enable RS sessions. Terraform provider on the v1.x roadmap.
One SLA standard
99.99 % service uptime, applied identically across port speeds. A single tier. Month-to-month by default, with service credits written into the contract.
Same SKU everywhere
A BareFABRIC Port at THG1 and a BareFABRIC Port at AM7 are the same product, same portal, same SLA. No metro markup.
Carrier-neutral
BareFABRIC owns its own L2 / L3 kit. Transport providers sell us L1 fiber and waves only.
