In the room, not a hop away
The LSIX LAN terminates on the BareFABRIC core at THG1. No metro circuit, no third-party transport — the exchange is on the other side of your port.

LayerSwitch Internet Exchange — regional peering platform · operated by LayerSwitch B.V., The Hague.
LSIX is the LayerSwitch Internet Exchange: a regional peering platform with more than 150 connected networks. The peering LAN spans datacenters in Amsterdam — NIKHEF and Equinix AM7 among them — Rotterdam, Delft and THG1 in The Hague. It began as DF-IX, the Data Facilities Internet Exchange, and grew into a multi-site exchange under the LayerSwitch name.
The LSIX peering LAN is in the room at THG1, and every BareFABRIC Port can reach it: enable the Peering VLAN — the included on-ramp to LSIX — and route-server sessions come up automatically. LayerSwitch and Data Facilities are both part of the Ellada group; the exchange runs on its own membership and its own policies.

Peering — included on every port — is part of the port price. Enable the VLAN in the portal, register MAC, IPv4, IPv6 and AS-SET, and peer.
LSIX members land in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Delft as well as The Hague. From THG1 you peer with all of them without leaving the building.
Provide your ASN and the port speed. Data Facilities enables the VLAN; registration is completed with the exchange; the peering sessions establish.
